A bill to set up a separate high court for Tripura will be introduced in parliament on Tuesday. Tripura Law Secretary, Data Mohan Jamatiya said, the infromation was given by Union Law Minister Salman Khurshid during a meeting with the state law secretaries in New Delhi.Organisations of lawyers in the state have been demanding a separate high court. Currently, Tripura comes under the purview of the Gauhati High Court.
