Bill to check corruption in judiciary soon

A bill to check corruption in judiciary will soon be introduced in Parliament. The Law Minister Mr Veerappa Moily told the Rajya Sabha today that the Judges Standard and Accountability Bill will be brought before the Cabinet and moved in Parliament soon. <br/> <br/>Mr. Moily was responding to a private members resolution on the confrontation between the legislature and the judiciary. He said the judiciary has responded to the wishes of the House with some judges declared their assets voluntarily.<br/><br/>The Law Minister also stressed the need for preventing abuse of Public Interest Litigations saying precious time of the court should not be wasted on frivolous and bogus PILs.<br/>
