A bill to set up specialized commercial benches in all high courts will be introduced in the monsoon session of Parliament. Another bill to protect the interests of the creators of literary works, cinema and music will also be introduced. This was stated by Law Minister M Veerappa Moily in New Delhi today. He said the bill to set up commercial court benches in high courts has already been examined by the standing parliamentary panel. The Copyright (Amendment) Bill 2010 is also being examined by the relevant standing committee.
