Bihar witnessing marked decline in fresh cases of COVID-19

Bihar is witnessing a marked decline in fresh COVID-19 cases. The state's recovery rate has risen to about 89 per cent, while the test positivity rate has declined to 4.72 per cent.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Over five lakh 84 thousand people have so far recovered from the infection. Bihar is witnessing a marked decline in fresh Covid-19 cases in the state. Eleven thousand 259 positive cases were reported during the last 24 hours which is one thousand 689 less than the previous day. 13 thousand 364 people recovered yesterday. Recovery rate has risen to 80.36 percent, while positivity rate has declined from 16 percent to 10.31 percent.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">One lakh and 67 people took the vaccine yesterday. 79 thousand 238 beneficiaries belong to the age group of 18 to 44 years. Meanwhile the state government has announced incentive for its employees who  deputed at covid care centres. <br />''<br />''The incentives are in the range of rupees four hundred to six hundred per day for frontline workers, police personnel, magistrates and supervisors deputed at Covid care centres and hospitals across the state. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has urged the people to support the government in its fight against the covid pandemic.</span><br />
