In Bihar assembly state budget of a total expenditure of 53 thousand nine hundred twenty seven crores for the financial year 2010-11 was presented today. <br/><br/>Deputy Chief Minister Sushil kumar Modi who is holding finance portfolio while presenting revenue surplus budget of six thousand five hundred fifty seven crores said that total plan outlay is estimated twenty thousand crores which is 25 percent more than previous year. <br/><br/>Maximum allocationof 3555 crores have been made to roads construction and 2500 crores for education.1600 crores has been earmarked for developing and maintenance of water resources in the state. <br/><br/>Deputy Chief Minister said hills in the state would not be settled more as hills were on the verge of extinction due to extensive mining by the owners of stone crushers.<br/>
