Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi said the defeat of NDA alliance in Bihar assembly polls is defeat of hatred, arrogance and anger. Briefing media in New Delhi, Mr Gandhi said it is a message for Modi government and the BJP that they can not divide the nation. He said it will serve Prime Minister Narendra Modi well to tone down his arrogance.
