Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi has alleged that the Prime Minister has not fulfilled any of his promises. <br/><br/>Addressing an election meeting at Areraj in East Champaran district, Mr.Gandhi said PM is taking more interest in creating differences among RJD, Congress and JD(U). He claimed that the grand alliance is united and Nitish Kumar will continue as Chief Minister of Bihar after assembly elections in the state.
