The Election Commission has said if electorates have only voters slip they can exercise their franchise without identity card. Additional chief electoral Officer of Bihar R. Lakshmanan said the voters slip will also be considered as identification for electorates for polling purpose only. <br/><br/>Voters slips will be distributed among electorates five days before the date of polling. Booth Level Officers(BLOs) will distribute voter slips among electorates. <br/><br/>Meanwhile, the Election commission has allowed 11 documents of electors photo identity card including passport, driving licence and service identity cards with photograph issued to the employee by the concerned organization.
