In Bihar, notification for the first phase of assembly election will be issued tomorrow. Voting of this phase will be held on October 12 in 49 constituencies out of 243 assembly seats. Last day of nomination paper is 23rd September. <br/><br/>Scrutiny will be on next day 24th September.Candidates can withdraw their nomination paper till 26th September. Polls to the 243-seat Bihar Assembly will be held in five phases between the 12th of next month and the 5th of November. Counting will be held on 8th November.The term of the current Assembly expires on 29th November.
