Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has alleged that PM Narendra Modi is distorting facts. Addressing press conference at Patna, Mr. Kumar said he never said that he will provide electricity to every houses of the state. <br/><br/>Accusing the Prime Minister, Bihar Chief Minister said he only assured people to improve electricity otherwise he will not seek votes from people . Mr. Kumar said PM is now changing his profile. <br/><br/>Nitish also said that earlier BJP president Amit Shah was telling proudly that the PM comes from OBC(Other backward class) but now Mr.Modin is introducing himself as EBC (extremely backward class).
