In Bihar campaigning is picking up in those areas where first phase of elections is to held on October 21. During this phase polling will be held in 47 constituencies of the state. Leaders of various parties including Congress ,BJP,RJD and Janata Dal( United) addressed a series of election meeting today. RJD President Lalu Prasad Yadav and senior Janata Dal (United) Leader and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today addressed election meetings at Madhubani. AIR Patna correspondent reports that leaders of parties are accusing each other to woo the voters. Meanwhile 27 nomination papers were rejected for the second phase of election after scrutiny. 655 candidates have be left out for this phase.186 candidates have so far filled their nomination papers for the third phase. Tomorrow is the last day for filling of nomination papers for the third phase.
