In Bihar, BJP has launched second phase of Parivartan Yatra (Journey for change) to spread the message of change in 243 assembly segments of the state. Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Anant Kumar, Nitin Gadkari and Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das flagged off Parivartan Rath at Sonepur, Rajgir, Dalsinghsarai and Bihta respectively. These raths will fan out in four directions of the state to expose Nitish government. <br/><br/>Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh said the poll plank of the BJP is development of the sate but Nitish Kumar and Lalu Prasad are cheating people for last 25 years. He claimed there is a wave of change in Bihar and NDA is set to get majority in the upcoming Bihar assembly elections.
