In Bihar, two candidates have filed their nomination papers for the first phase of election which will be held on October 12. Ravindra Kumar Ishwar of Shiv Sena has filed nomination paper from Sarairanjan Costituency of Samastipur district. One independent candidate filed nomination from Hisua assembly constituency of Nawada district. Altogether three nomination papers have been filed so far. Candidates can file their nomination till September 23rd.
