In Bihar, polling is underway peacefully for the fourth Phase of Panchayat Elections amidst tight security. Polling, which began at 7 a.m., will continue till 5 p.m. Polling is being held in 53 blocks  spread over 36 districts including Patna, Saran and Darbhanga today.88 thousand 137 candidates are in the fray. Three thousand 220 candidates elected unopposed.
