In Bihar, over 2 crore 42 lakh people have been vaccinated in the state so far. Out of these, 39 lakh took second dose. Health Minister Mangal Pandey said vaccine hesitancy was a big challenge earlier. However, things have changed now and people are coming forward to take their jabs. Mr Pandey said initially the focus was on worst ' hit areas and urban localities, now we shifted to blocks. Meanwhile, Bihar is witnessing sharp decline in fresh COVID cases.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #000000;">No fresh case has been reported from twelve districts including Madhubani, Saran and Buxar. 44 fresh cases were reported in different parts of the state during last 24 hours. The state's recovery rate has risen to 98.61 per cent, while the test positivity rate has declined to below one percent. The number of active cases is also decreasing and presently stands at 456. Over seven lakh 14 thousand people have so far recovered from the infection.</span><br />
