In Bihar, night curfew will come into effect from today from 10 pm to 5 am in the wake of the recent spurt in the&nbsp;COVID-19&nbsp;cases. The night curfew will remain enforced till the 21st of this month. However, essential activities will be permitted during these hours.&nbsp; Gyms, parks, malls, religious places, cinema halls, swimming pools and stadiums will remain closed in the state till further orders. All shops and business establishments will remain open only till 8 pm. Schools upto Class 8th will remain closed till 21st of January.<br />''Government and private offices will function with fifty percent attendance. Restaurants will also function with fifty percent capacity. Only 50 persons will be allowed to attend marriages and funerals.<br />''<br />''Meanwhile, daily Covid cases continue to rise in the State with 1,659 people testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours. The ministers who were detected corona positive are Sunil Kumar, Ashok Choudhary and Santosh Manjhi. The acting chairman of Bihar legislative council Awadhesh Narayan Singh has also tested positive for coronavirus.</span><br />
