All members of both the houses of Bihar Legislature will now have to fill the details of their movable and immovable properties by the latest December 31 this year. Announcing this in the state assembly the Speaker Udai Narayan Chaudhary said the members will have to keep updating the details of their properties on an annual basis. He said, the members are required to submit the details to their respective offices. The property returns will be filed on the proforma by the Election Commission. The details of the property returns will be displayed on the website of the legislature.
