The Patna CBI court today convicted Rupam Pathak, a private school teacher involved in the killing of Purnia MLA Rajkishore Keshari.The court found Rupam Pathak guilty and said the quantum of punishment would be pronounced on April 10.A charge sheet was filled against Rupam Pathak under section 304 (1).Rupam Pathak has stabbed the four time legislator Rajkishore Keshari with a sharp kitchen knife in his own residence in purnia on January 4,2011.Rupam pathak has been lodged in the Patna Beur Jail, since last March.
