<span style="color: #222222;">In Bihar, the MeT department has issued a warning in view of  the heavy rain and lightning over the next  three days in different parts of the state. People have been advised to remain indoors during this period.The state government has appealed to the people to take all necessary precautions during turbulent weather.<br />'' <br />'' Meanwhile, the death toll in the lightning and rain related incidents in 25 districts of the state during the last 36  hours has risen  to 113. Forty nine people have been injured.<br />'' <br />'' Most of the casualties are farmers who were at their fields. 16 people were killed in Gopalganj while 41 in six districts of Purnea, Nawada, Madhubani, Bhagalpur, Aurangabad and Siwan. Other 56 casualties were reported from 18 districts.<br />''<br />''Chief minister Nitish Kumar has expressed grief over the loss of lives and announced an ex-gratia of four lakh rupees to the next of kin of the deceased. Mr.Kumar has ordered  free treatment for the injured people.</span><br />
