Her husband has already surrendered before a local court in Begusarai.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">DGP KS Dwivedi told AIR that cell phone numbers of Manju Verma and her close aides had been put under surveillance, but she had been changing her location frequently to avoid arrest.
