All jails in Bihar have been sounded alert following an intelligence report in the light of Indian Mujahideen co-founder Yasin Bhatkal's recent claim that he could soon escape from jail with the help of ISIS. Bhatkal accused in many blasts cases including those at Gandhi maidan in Patna and Bodhgaya is currently lodged in Hyderabad jail. The intelligence report apprehends that terrorists in Bihar jails may also contact Bhatkal and attempt to escape. Over a dozen terrorists are at present lodged in jails in Bihar in connection with several cases.
