In Bihar, Maoists have released three policemen held hostage in Lakhaisarai district of Bihar. State Director General of Police Neel Mani told AIR Patna correspondent that three policemen Rupesh Kumar Sinha, Abhay Kumar Yadav and Ehshan Khan have been released by Maoists. The naxals had taken them hostage after an encounter with security forces in Kajra forests of Lakhaisarai district a week ago. The fourth captive Lucas Tete was killed by the Maoists while in captivity.
