Bihar Health Dept asks DMs to make arrangements for webcast of Covid-19 vaccination programme

In Bihar, the State Health Department has asked the District Magistrates to make arrangements for the webcast of the COVID-19 vaccination programme. The vaccination drive is set to begin across the country with the health care workers on 16th of this month.<br />''<br />''The arrangement has to be done for monitoring purpose at the Vaccination Centres. A total 300 sites have been identified in the state for the inaugural day of vaccination. The government will assess the first days programme and then decide on extending the vaccination facility across its 700 health centres.<br />''<br />''Meanwhile, the number of active cases of COVID-19 is continuously declining in Bihar. Currently, three thousand 907 patients are undergoing treatment at various hospitals. In all, 378 patients recovered from the infection in the last 24 hours, while 213 new cases were reported. Two lakh 51 thousand 644 patients have recovered from COVID-19 in the state so far.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The COVID-19 recovery rate in the state has improved to 97.92 per cent. Over  one crore 93 lakh tests for Corona virus have been conducted in the state so far.</span><br />
