Bihar government has taken decision to provide subsidy of a rupees 20 per litre to farmers to buy diesel in drought affected areas of the state. The state cabinet has approved rupees 370 crore for this purpose. AIR Patna correspondent reports that the southern part of the state is facing drought due to scanty rainfall during the monsoon.
