Bihar government has issued an alert in Maoists affected districts of the state in view of the Republic Day celebrations. Security in all prisons has been beefed up in the wake of spurt in Maoist activities in the state. It apprehended retaliatory strikes by Maoists after the recent arrest of their top leaders. AIR Patna correspondent reports that patrolling has been intensified along Nepal border to prevent infiltration of trouble makers from across the border.
