All private and commercial establishments will also remain closed. However, ration shops, dairy, vegetables and meat shops will remain open between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. All places of worship and religious gathering will also be closed. The concerned authorities have been instructed to encourage home delivery to minimize the movement of individuals outside their homes.<br />''<br />''The state &nbsp;recorded 749 new positive cases, taking the total tally to 13,274. On the other hand, 9,541 persons have recovered so far, while 3,632 patients are undergoing treatment at various hospitals. The recovery rate in Bihar stands at 72 per cent. One hundred people including one Havildar deployed at the Chief Minister's residence have lost their lives due to COVID-19 in the state.</span><br />
