Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar says, his government has formulated a roadmap to boost agriculture output. He said this will help achieve the long-cherished dream of a developed Bihar by 2015. He was inaugurating an agriculture fair at Patna today.He said, specific thrust is being given to boost the production of food grains as the state has to reap the benefits of the green revolution.
