Bihar Govt can't challenge Lalu acquittal: SC

<br/>The Supreme Court today held that the Bihar Government did not have the authority to file an appeal in the Patna High Court against the acquittal of RJD chief Lalu Prasad in a disproportionate assets case probed by the CBI.
