In Bihar, the flood situation in Sheohar and Madhubani districts has improved following the fall in water level in most rivers in Northern parts of the state. However, Darbhanga, Sitamarhi and Muzaffarpur are still reeling under floods as the Adhwara river continues to be in spate.
