In Bihar, 635 candidates are in the fray for the first phase of elections in the state. AIR Patna correspondent reports that 711 candidates have filed their nomination papers for this phase.Nomination papers of 44 candidates were rejected after scrutiny and 32 candidates have withdrawn their nomination papers. First phase of election will be on October 21. Scrutiny of nomination process for the second phase has been completed today. Nomination process for third phase is continuing. Ten candidates have filed their nomination papers for the fourth phase.
