In Bihar the East Central Railway ( ECR) has decided to run trains under its jurisdiction only from 8 PM today to 4 AM  tomorrow in view of ongoing protest and violence.<br />''<br />''Sixty train coaches and 10 locomotives have been torched so far during protests. The railways have cancelled 362 trains today to avert untoward incidents. Police arrested 718 persons and lodged 138 FIRs against trouble makers.
