<span style="color: #222222;">In Bihar, Deputy Chief Minister Tarkishore Prasad  who holds the finance portfolio, will present the annual budget for 2021-22 in the State Assembly today. Mr Prasad will present the budget at 2 pm. in the house . Talking to reporters before presenting the budget the Deputy Chief Minister said that the impact of Covid- induced lockdown and subsequent fall in revenue collection compelled the state budget to restrain the budget outlay. He said the state government was wishing to enhance the total outlay , but the overall situation did not support us.</span><br />
