The met department has forecast for dry weather and the sky will remain clear in the state. In view of huge gatherings near rivers, traffic advisory has been issued in Patna and other major cities. Commuters have been advised to avoid those roads which connect the Chhath Ghats. The use of firecrackers has been banned during the gathering near Puja places. Plying of private boats in rivers has also been restricted. Besides the deployment of local divers, the NDRF and SDRF personnel have been stationed at Chhath Ghats with motorized boats. Devotees from Nepal have also gathered to perform Chhath Puja near bordering West Champaran, East Champaran, Sitamarhi, Supaul, Araria and other districts. The famous Sun temples of Deo, Aungari Dham and Oolark at Aurangabad, Nalanda and Patna are also witnessing a massive turnout of devotees from different parts of the state.&nbsp;<br />
