This decision was taken in a Core Group meeting chaired by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. <br />''<br />''The Mucormycosis disease also known as Black Fungus has been declared an epidemic under the Epidemic Disease Act, 1857. The State Government has made special arrangements in four hospitals of Patna including AIIMS, PMCH, IGIMS and NMCH. In all, 174 cases of Black Fungus have so far been reported from different parts of the state.</span><br />
