In Bihar, Khagaria court awarded death sentence to ten persons in the Amausi massacre.Additional District Judge Chandra Bushan Diwedi who pronounced the quantum of punishment also sentenced four other accused to undergo life imprisonment.All the accused were convicted earlier last week. Sixteen farmers were shot dead at Amausi-Diara of Khagaria district on 1st October 2009.
