In Bihar, COVID-19 recovery rate has improved to 96.64 per cent. This is 3.85 per cent more than the national average. In all, 821 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours while 702 new cases were reported. Over two lakh 17 thousand 400 patients have so far recovered from the infection in the state.</span><br />
