In Bihar, connectivity of several villages with block and districts headquarters has got snapped due to flood waters and damage to roads. <br />'' <br />'' The Disaster Management Department has declared 26 blocks in six districts flood affected. Damage to roads, rail tracks, electricity lines and buildings has been widely reported from several places. <br />'' <br />'' East Champaran, Sitamarhi, Madhubani, Kishanganj, Araria and Sheohar districts are the worst affected. Due to incessant rains in catchment areas of Nepal, the rivers such as Gandak, Bagmati, Budhi Gandak, Kosi, Mahananda and several ephemeral  rivers are flowing above the danger mark at many places. <br />'' <br />'' The MeT department has forecast heavy rain in the next 24 hours at many places in Eastern, Western and Northern Bihar. As many 13 people have died in rain-related incidents in the past 24 hours. AIR correspondent reports that several villages in Suppi, Majorganj, Runisaidpur, Parihar block of Sitamarhi and Jaynagar block of Madhubani district have surrounded with flood water. <br />'' <br />'' NDRF teams have been sent for rescue and relief operations. Water is overtopping at several places on national and state highways in Sheohar, Sitamarhi, Kishanganj, Araria, Madhubani, East Champaran Gopalganj district. Rail traffic has been badly affected on Katihar-Jogbani, Sitamarhi-Kundwa Chainpur rail section due to submerged rail tracks. Several trains have been cancelled and diverted due to disruption.     <br />''
