Talking to reporters in Patna Mr Kumar said it is a good step in the interest of common people.Replying  a question Nitish Kumar said he will discuss to reduce rate of vat on petrol and diesel.Mr Kumar said earlier the state has already reduced vat on petrol and diesel. </span><br />
