<span style="color: #222222;">Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has expressed concern over security lapses during the Punjab tour of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Mr Kumar said, the security arrangement of the Prime Minister is the prime responsibility of the concerned state. He said, a stern action must be taken against those persons who are responsible for security lapses.</span><br />
