In an initiative towards weeding out corruption, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today made it mandatory for public servants apart from ministers to declare their assets every year. He told reporters in Patna “Circulars have been issued to the Grade I to Grade III public servants making it mandatory for them to declare their assets every year”. He said his cabinet colleagues have also decided to declare their assets.
