Bihar Chief Minister and JD(U) President Nitish Kumar today reiterated his party's support for the passage of Goods and Services Tax Bill. Talking to reporters after meeting with Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in New Delhi, Mr. Kumar said his party has been in favour of the Bill since beginning as it is for the welfare of the states and the Centre. He also said, a cap on the GST rate is not good. Congress is making the demand to put a cap on GST rate in the Bill. <br/><br/>The Chief Minister said, during the meeting, he raised the issue of arrangements for expected loss to Bihar after implementation of 14th Finance Commission recommendations.
