In Bihar, the Panchayati Raj and Backward Welfare Minister Hari Prasad Sah, who expired last night due to brain hemorrhage, will be cremated with full state honours tomorrow.The cremation will take place at his native village Nirmali in Supaul. The State Government has declared a day’s mourning today in his honour. Our correspondent reports, the body of the Minister, brought to Patna this morning by air, has been kept in the legislative assembly campus. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Udai Narayan Choudhary, Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi and other State leaders paid floral tributes to the socialist leader. Sah was under treatment at AIIMS in New Delhi for sometime. He was an MLA from the Lokha constituency in Madhubani.
