Mr Kumar asked officials to make necessary preparations for return of migrants in coordination with the Railways and other states.<br />''<br />''The Chief Minister said, all fresh arrivals should be subjected to COVID tests, instead of the current practice of random tests. For jobless workers returning home, Mr Kumar directed officials to ensure availability of building materials for reviving up construction activities to involve skilled and unskilled workers in productive activities. Over one lakh 37 thousand migrant workers and others have arrived Bihar from different parts of the country through 116 trains. In addition, 21 trains carrying &nbsp;over 25 thousand workers are arriving today.</span><br />
