Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar announced an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh from the Chief Minister's relief fund for the kin of Arbind Kumar Sah who was killed by terrorists in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir yesterday.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #000000;">A gol gappa seller, Arbind Kumar Sah, hailing from Banka district of Bihar was killed by terrorists in Eidgah area of Srinagar. Expressing grief over this tragic incident Mr Kumar said his family will be assisted as per norms of labour department. Governor Phagu Chauhan also expressed condolence over death and said it is a cowardly action of terrorist.</span><br />
