<br/>The Bihar State is observing its foundation day on Monday. Earlier Bihar was tagged with Bengal and it was separated from Bengal on March 22, 1912.<br/><br/>For the first time Bihar Diwas is being celebrated to mark its anniversary.<br/><br/>To mark 98th anniversary of separate status to statehood Bihar Diwas is being celeberated at over twenty five thousand centres, including schools, across the state and also at other places in the country and abroad.<br/><br/>AIR Patna correspondent reports that at all functions, the glorious history of the state, its cultural and historical heritage, traditions and achievements will be highlighted, besides the achievements of the state in recent times.<br/><br/>The Main function will be held at Patna where Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will inaugurate three- day extravaganza includes colourful and academic events.<br/>
