In Bihar amidst tight security arrangements by-polls to Daraunda assembly seat passed off peacefully. Counting of votes will be on the 17th of this month. Nine candidates including Ms. Kavita Kumari of Janta Dal (United), Parmeshwar Singh of RJD and Kalika Sharma of Indian National Congress are in the fray.
