The by-election for the Laukaha Assembly seat in Bihar will be held on the 30th of this month.The Election Commission today issued notification to this effect. AIR Patna Correspondent reports that the by-election was necessitated following the death of Minister Hari Prasad Sah.The last date of filing of nomination papers is 12th of this month and scrutiny of nomination papers will take place on the 14th.Candidates can withdraw their nomination papers till the 16th of this month. Counting of votes will be on December 4.
