The Bihar BJP chief C P Thakur has arrived in New Delhi to discuss with party national president Nitin Gadkari the fallout of the returning of a part of Kosi flood donation by Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar to Gujrat. <br/><br/>Mr. Thakur said that BJP wants to end the controversy but it has kept all options open on the question of coalition. He alleged Mr. Kumar of starting the dispute and said that he should come forward to end the episode.<br/>
