<br/>Elaborate security arrangements have been bade to thwart any attempts at public nuisance in view o of the Bihar bandh called by the RJP-LJP combine today against price hike by the Centre on petroleum products. Schools have been closed in view of bandh Director General of police Neelmani said the police are co-ordinating their efforts with the railways to ensure rail movement.<br/><br/>He said railway stations have been provided additional security, while the administration would try to keep all links open in all major towns.
