<span style="color: #222222;">Bihar assembly Speaker Vijay Kumar Sinha on Tuesday rejected no confidence notice &nbsp;which was given by RJD led grand alliance government. Talking to reporters Mr Sinha said the notice was not as per norms of constitutional provisions. He said derogatory remarks was given against chair and it is not acceptable. He said the tenor of notice is akin to casting aspersion against the Chair. The Speaker &nbsp;said he will not resign from the post. One day special session of Assembly has been convened tomorrow.
